Excellent value. Service, room and food all excellent, would definately stay when next in area. recommend to anybody decent food pleasant helpfull staff comfortable rooms no problems at all. Good atmosphere quiet/relaxed. It was very pleasantly quiet. friendly staff. Room was huge and staff were friendly.Very helpful staff, good food in the restaurant and good big family room.

All weekend bookings are to be paid in full on or before arrival. When paying by cash, payment is required on arrival. Ravensdene Lodge is strictly non-smoking throughout. Please note that for bookings of 5 or more people a non-refundable deposit will be taken. GBP 50.00 per person will be taken in cash on arrival, which is refundable and is part of the different policies for groups. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
