After a long journey (9 hours) to reach the hotel we got a very warm welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to share their local knowledge - Conrad even offered us a lift into town which we really appreciated. We were upgraded to a family room and this had a lovely sea view. Great
to have a little minibar fridge in the room - ideal if you want to keep
milk cool if you want to make up a flask for the day. The homemade
orange marmarlade was to die for. I don't even like marmarlade - the
owner should sell it in jars! (Can I have the recipe?). Free range
chickens outside - wonderful eggs for breakfast.

We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. Welcome was excellent. Room spacious, well decorated. Comfortable bed. Welcome homemade biscuits. Warm and inviting. Even provided our dog with her own towel! Wonderful staff dealt with lack of hot water mechanical problem very effectively and actually turned a negative into a huge positive experience. Breakfast room, service and food, all perfect.

We only stayed 1 night, We had a superior room and were very pleased as it was very clean and spacious. The separate spacious bathroom with a roll top bath and views down across the sea made this a very enjoyabale stay.
