the staff in the hotel are unbeleivable, they really make their guests feel special. Beautiful hotel and location and very good service and food. Staff were very proffessional, polite and helpful. Food was excellent if a little pricey. Everything and the staff were a good mix of friendly and professional.Excellent views, easy parking, clean and comfortable room, all round excellent staff, great dining experience, highly recommended.

Important information to guests

During January and February 2017 the Pendennis Restaurant will be undergoing maintenance work. The Terrace Lounge will be set up as a restaurant during this time and normal breakfast and dinner service will not be affected.

Travelling information

By Car:
- To reach The Royal Duchy Hotel, take the A30 from Exeter and follow the signs for Bodmin and then Redruth.
- Continue to Carland Cross and take the A39 for Truro.
- When reaching Truro, continue on the A39 and follow the signs for Falmouth.
- In Falmouth, follow the signs for the beaches and seafront.
- Once on the seafront, The Royal Duchy is situated at the castle end on the left hand side.
