Your staff at derby were fab and very helpfull. Bedrooms where so comfy clean and quiet. We will be useing your hotels more as my son is a footballer and play all over the country. His next game in two weeks is in london playing QPR.and we will be booking with you all this season it was just excelent all round. And thanks again. The staff have to be the high light of my stay , very friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome . 1 Female member of staff was particularly great , wish i could remember her name :-(.
all reviews » The reception staff were very good - nothing was too much trouble - very warm and helpful - they are a credit to the hotel / premier lodge. The staff were fantastic and very helpful we thoroughly enjoyed out stay and will be back. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. First time We have stayed in a Premier Inn it was better then any of the others we have stayed in. Could not find a fault with it. The staff at the hotel we're beyond friendly. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome and we're extremely helpful. Large, comfortable bed. Spacious room, not cramped like Travelodge. Excellent friendly service. Breakfast buffet at Beefeater. The staff were very helpful. Specially sorting out refund in the morning after all the noise caused by a drunken guest. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Bed very comfortable. Just a short walk next door for eating. the breakfast ample parking and free walking to the beefeater pub next door for a drink and relax. Easy to find and to park. Friendly staff. Good location for our purpose in Derby. Our second day breakfast was cold, but the complaint was quickly dealt with and apologies given several times. The staff- as with other Premier Inns that I have stayed at they were very friendly and helpful at both the hotel and restaurant. East to get to. Brilliant stop over and good option for breakfast all you can eat for £9. Nothing. The room was very expensive for what it was. I feel the hotel were exploiting the fact that there was a festival near by. Wouldn't have stayed there if we weren't attending the event. Difficult to fin entrance to hotel. Unfortunately we had a guest 2 rooms away who was very drunk/on drugs creating havoc during the night. He completely wrecked his room and was eventually arrested. nothing. It would have been even nicer if there was a tea/coffee making facility in the room. Far too hot and unable to manage this, noisy outside as area used for a turning cirlce and delivery drop off point and other noisy guests. Nil. No working WiFi due to a breakdown. Doors noisy when guests enetering and leaving rooms. Price does not include breakfast. No negatives. Location was not as near Alton.Towers as stated. Thpere was not anythiong we did not like. Finding, the place. Beds were clean and fresh, but felt the bathroom walls and doors could have done with a wash. Bathroom was not clean enough as it smelt dreadful from the floor and the lino. It needed a new floor covering, or at least a deep clean and scrub with disinfectant. The facilities were dated and could do with a revamp. The towels could have smelt fresher and the room had peeling paint and lightly marked bathroom suite. Going outside for breakfast. Bath plug got stuck in bath and impossible to get out !! Toiletries had not been refilled x just little things but very annoying.
