  I pretty much liked everything of this hotel! The staff was really kind and he allowed me to look around and draw. ^^ He explained about hotel very well. I will definitely come back here with my parents again! The view of my room and breakfast was fantastic!   We really enjoyed our stay, the bar was really busy so I was a bit worried the rooms would be noisy. When we were shown to our rooms they were lovely, clean and spacious. You could not hear the bar at all. All the staff were lovely and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable, I suffer with chronic back pain so a comfy bed is the first thing ... what people say » I look for. My little boy loved the fact the the beds were sleigh beds, just like "Santa". The food was also very good, we had a full English with lot - Breakfast was very decent with quality local produce used (in the lovely courtyard restaurant). Room was very comfortable and peaceful; considering on quite a busy street and with pub downstairs. 9 month old boy slept perfectly in nice clean cot- helped by the excellent blinds behind the curtains blocking out any light. Staff friendly and polite without being OTT. I may just return myself for a pint when next out that way on cycling jaunt. Cheers!

  Extremely helpful and friendly staff especially in restaurant. Wonderful breakfast. Loved the new toast bags - and hot x buns on offer on Sunday! Reception was closed when we arrived around 10pm on our first night but staff helped us with car space and keys. Lovely sea view - Room 17 - and thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed. Thank you for a great 2 day stay. - The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and definitly 4 star. We loved the location on the sea front. The food was excellent and when they heard it was our anniversary decorated our table for that evening.

Impressive art deco reception/dining room. Comfortable surroundings, easy parking, proximity to sea and town. Well done all. - The staff demonstrated genuine care and consideration when I was taken ill a few hours before depature. They helped in every way possible. This assistance removed stress and facilitated a sufficient recovery for me to leave with only a short delay and good memories of my time with them.

We had asked her prior to going if we could chill some champagne in her fridge and she went to the trouble of borrowing a champagne bucket from a local pub.   The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would reccommend this hotel to anybody. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, a real homely atmosphere. The food was excellent and generally the hotel/room were great.
