The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and
rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a
great service.
The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes.
IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.

It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. We used the hotel for an over night stay before catching a flight from
Bristol airport. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
Supplying us with tea and toast at five A.m for an early start. The room
was spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped . It would make a
perfect airport hotel or for a longer budget stay For visiting Bristol
and surrounding area.

I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.
