We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. Perfect! Breakfast was good too and on until 11am so we could have a nice sleep in!! Room also came with its own friendly Seagull which came to say hello from time to time. Great rooms we had three rooms the penthouse, sea view and a double without a view,
Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!

Boutique feel with themed rooms. It would be nice to have an option of which themed room you get and to see the options online - probably possible if you call them up though.

It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view.
