Everything! The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus. Excellent location in quiet area but close enough to centre for lively nightlife.

Room Decor needs updating.The shower head was far too low it only came up to my shoulders and other rooms are the same. Staff were pleasant enough but food was terrible we stayed 2 nights hadthe breakfast one morning tea and coffee disgusting my eggs raw hair inmy breakfast and my husbands full english left a lot to be desired freshjuice watery for this reason would not stay again.
