The location was perfect, the staff were more than helpful, the buffet breakfast provided was all you could want and was of a good standard. The hotel was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definatley reccommed it and I'd also return. really friendly and helpful staff without exception including desk, resturants, cleaners etc. service and quality were all as they should be with no problems at all, good position near the station.

Just being told by reception that the station would be open all night so we could get back thru the quick way to the hotel, this wasnt open so we had to walk around and this took a while, luckily a local girl helped us.Postmix drink was a little dis coloured, pointed out the cause gun hesd needed cleaning. The quality of the towels could be improved.The fire exit door was closed of, I dont know if this was becouse it's a new hotel and they didnt work it out how to open it or may be it just doesnt work, so if you generally dont like to take the lifts, basically you had no way out.... Construction nearby so noisy early in the morning.We would have liked some assistance at breakfast re ordering tea/toast.Also calling the lift was a bit of an adventure as we were not told who to use the swipe card at the lift lobby. as with all hotels today...too hot and polyester pillows. The bar area rather soulless and wine selection not that good and not chilled. Only that it took over an hour to find as it is so new and does not register on sat nav etc.Would have liked to get food after 10 pm. breakfast was not included in price. I thought that the prices for Internet access were too expensive. It was £5 for an hour, or £ 10 for 24 hours. I have stayed in lots of hotels where wireless Internet comes as standarded in the price of the room. Just down the road from where the hotel is located there are restaurants and cafes where Internet is free. So payinf for it in my room felt like a "rip off". Bit crowded and noisy in reception on Sat pm check-in. Possibly a bit impersonal, but fine if you just want somewhere comfortable to sleep;. We experienced noise problems . Suggest you allocate a special floor for the noisy weekend guests Friday and Saturdays coming to Brighton for celebrating "hen-parties" etc.and coming back late. Normal weekdays the hotel was very quiet. We will with pleasure come again on weekdays. There's no telephone directory in the room. A little more info in the room would have been nice such as local events, tours, history of town, shops, where to dine etc...would be nice if they provided shampoo and conditioner. It is built on a new development and the street has only been named a few months ago. As a result even the post code is unknown to sat navs and google maps does not have the streets on either. It took some finding, so I think the hotel should issue exact instructions of how to get there.
