The bedroom was a lovely large comfortable room with plenty of storage space, comfy bed and dressing gown n slippers if we wanted to use them, food was great in there comfortable dining area and staff was lovely. We will definitely be going back ourselves.

It was very clean and very peaceful. the breakfast was okay lots of cereals to choose from. the lady was very welcoming. we also loved that we got a loyalty card because we get a free night after staying 5 nights!! we have already recommended to friends as it was so peaceful and a perfect weekend! -

Close to the Beach (although there is lots of building work there at present. Very hospitable hosts and extremely helpful. Parking wasnt a problem, free wifi, good location for beach access and a short walk to the shops. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are comfortable with good size bathroom and excellent shower. Best B&B in the area and great value.

Attention to detail was incredible. Parking no problem, food excellent and personal choices no problem. Kilburn supplied everything a girl could need for an overnight stay. They even upgraded me with my own ensuite so I didn't have to be seen in a dressing gown, which they even provide! Coffee and cake bar on arrival; bags carried up the stairs. All the other guests said 'good morning'. A good glass of red wine and conversation (if wanted), provided in the bar. Local knowledge excellent. K

Carol, Nigel and Amy are very friendly and helpful, breakfasts are great and Burlington Quays is lovely and clean. The nearness of the beach is an added bonus (less than a few minutes walk)and everything together made for a very relaxing holiday. We hope to be back again in the near future. -

Staff were so friendly and down to earth and made us feel extremely welcome! It was amazingly clean and every room is exactly what's shown on the photos! Clean! Modern and comfortable! It's positioned right at the sea front and you can walk straight onto the beach down the promenade and there was nothing better than waking up to the sound of the weaves and looking at the sea! Even if it was a bit rough!
