    We were made very welcome, the room was very comfortable and the entertainment and dining area was clean and tidy. The saff were vey helpful in giving us directions to the venues we needed to get to. The road works around Blackpool made things difficult but the staff could not have been more helpful with the directions they gave us. We will be sta... what people say » ying there again later in the year when we go to another concert. The location is very central and convenient for all the shops and theatres. We have - After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

    The hotel itself was great for the price. From arriving to a friendly welcome , to a great sea view in our double room we valued the kings as a very friendly and accommodating stay. Close to the promenade and an excellent location for a sunny walk on the front of blackpool. Getting about was easy as the tram stops are literally a 2 minute walk aw... what people say » ay! En suite rooms were handy and the breakfast as filling and offered how you like it , so any picky eaters will be thrilled ! Also free car parking - Myself and my partnrreally enjoyd our stay. We cae out of season and most places where closed but we werent too bothered because we only came for a night away. The hotel was very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. Highly recomend

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived till we left. They all went out of there way to be helpful. The hotel was clean, the food was lovely homecooked northern grub.. great!!. It was great to have the choice to have your room serviced daily or not, this enabling you to have a lie in.

    it was my sons 11th birthday and they provided acake and card on arrival on the day of his birthday they made us feel so welcome,the full english breakfast was fantastic they really made sure that you had ample and was cooked very good. - Handy for tram stop at bottom of street.     Everything. The Redstone was an absolute delight to stay in and the attention to detail was first rate. Ursula was the friendliest and most helpful owner you will ever come across and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculate and pure luxury. We will definitely be going bac - The friendly, efficient service of the proprietor and staff and the cleanliness of everything we encountered. We also liked the interior design and the furnishings. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer.The restaurant which was recommended at our request and where a table was booked for us at short notice on a busy Saturday teatime fitted the bill exactly.

    Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. Thanks - First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

    Really loved the position of this B&B as it's both close to the Pleasure beach and Tower too. The seaside and trams stops are across the road. Also its very quiet at night with no hen or stag guests. Family room 9 both clean, comfortable and with windows on two walls so bright and sunny with the advantage of leaving them open for a cooling air... what people say » flow.Hot water shower at all times plus more than enough tea, milk and coffee at any time. We were also offered a discount if we stay with them for another trip in the future, which is much appreciated. A lovel - Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy. Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect! Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel!!

    The couple who run St James' are lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.Breakfast was well cooked with a choice of kippers as well as full English , good selection of cereal and plenty of toast. T - The owners have made a great effort in the 4 years they have had the hotel to improve the facilities and create a lovely very clean small hotel, which is in a great location on the promenade and very close to shops and resort centre, without being so close that there is any noise disturbance. The hotel also has a lift.

    As I was on my own with my 3 small children, the youngest being disabled too, Jan and Terry were so welcoming and helpful.
