  what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat... what people say » , drinks are very reasonably priced as well. Had a lovely full english in the morning and there were many other items available as well from cereals t - The hotel was very clean. The food offered was excellent. The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

  Very friendly couple! The room was a large family room which was comfortable and spacious for all 4 of us! Modern and clean and was worth the money paid! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with young kids. The bar was also reasonable priced with snacks for the kids. Breakfast was also good and catered for all our nee... what people say » ds. All in was a nice comfortable friendly hotel. - Very helpful & friendly owners! Due to traffic we didn't get to check in until 11, and had to leave early in the morning, very kind lady (didn't get her name) waited for us to arrive, then made sure we got an early breakfast & called us a cab in the morning. The room was just what we needed, tea making facilities, comfy beds, nice hot shower. Excellent value as well.
