  Elaine and Steve were very nice and welcoming, helpd out with directions and facilities in town too. I normally stay in hotels when working away but thought it'd be nice to have a 'home' feel for once. The room was very pretty, clean and tidy. modern but not agressively modern. good size too. All good, and would definitively stay there again. - Everything fantastic this hotel is such a credit to Elaine & myself & hubby & my 2 child 10-9 was made very welcome from the moment I rang the bell :) the breakfast is fantastic so much to pick and all fresh the room were spotless as was the hotel couldn't of asked for more they even went out there way to help my older daughter & boyfriend who was stoping in another hotel they r such a lovely couple and will be sure going back again next yr

  The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. - Agnus and dave were great hosts.   From the second we arrived the service was exceptional. After a warm welcome and up to date info on everything from eating out to entertainment Ricky directed us to our room which was fantastic. Clean spacious and extremely comfortable, exactly as the pictures. Breakfast was buffet style and perfect! We arrived after a nightmare journey - Rick was on the doorstep to welcome us, carried our bags from the car, recommended a fabulous local Indian restaurant and ordered the taxi to take us there! Unbelievably peaceful weekend break, especially given that we were but a few minutes' walk from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Lovely, clean room and superb breakfasts.

  This is my second time at this hotel and another excellent stay, short walk to all the amenities, returning to the quiet and pleasant surroundings of a guest house, which was very clean with many touches which made the stay more enjoyable, with an emphasis on luxury and style, the beds were amazing so very comfortable and the breakfast is just wha... what people say » t an English breakfast should be wonderful food beautifully cooked, but if you are weight conscious the fresh fruit salad was wonderful. The service w - At the last minute we were able to get a short break away so decided on Blackpool and the lights. The hotel is ideally situated to catch the tram into town or for a nice stroll. We could not wait until 9am for breakfast so were offered food to have in the room for breakfast - cereal and fresh fruit and a flask of milk. The room was clean and tidy, hosts welcoming and answered any queries.

  The hotel itself was great for the price. From arriving to a friendly welcome , to a great sea view in our double room we valued the kings as a very friendly and accommodating stay. Close to the promenade and an excellent location for a sunny walk on the front of blackpool. Getting about was easy as the tram stops are literally a 2 minute walk aw... what people say » ay! En suite rooms were handy and the breakfast as filling and offered how you like it , so any picky eaters will be thrilled ! Also free car parking - Myself and my partnrreally enjoyd our stay. We cae out of season and most places where closed but we werent too bothered because we only came for a night away. The hotel was very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. Highly recomend

They gave us a few ideas as to what we could do whilst we were there and gave us a couple of tips such as buying tickets from the tourist info kiosk which saved us a lot of money.   This Is our second stay and it was just perfect. It's under 5 mins walk to the tower. Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff and you get a great breakfast!!! They also have a small bar but I have never used it. There is free parking outside but if you can't get a space there is a pay and display car park 2 mins walk away. It's very cheap, £2 for £12 ... what people say » hrs £5 for 24 hours, £6 for 48hrs. Would recommend this hotel for couples. - Lovely clean room with little extra's like water in room fridge when we arrived because the weather was very hot, tissues and air freshness in bathroom. Very friendly hosts and lovely breakfast with a good choice and a good car park near by which was extremely inexpensive. Everything in blackpool was with in walking distance, good night life and shopping places, lots to do, would defiantly stay again.
