we enjoyed the politness of staff and helpfullness. the food was good and also was the entertainment, and the staff were friendly. i found tiffanys hotel very friendly with good food staff and room was clean.impressed with games room. the only thing that gave us concern was the lift between floors,on the third floor I noticed that the outer door lock was not active as it was seen to be partialy open therfore the door could be opened even when the lift was not on that floor? I reported the problem and was asured that it would be delt with!!.
