I have been using the same hotel now for 6 years. The manager is one of the nicest, friendliest people you will ever meet. In terms of the hotel itself, it is clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are spotless throughout. The decor is lovely and modern, access to tv and a kettle for a cuppa. The bed is very comfortable... makes you not want to get out of it!!! But I would choose going to the farmborough than going abroad as it is a lovely place to be.
all reviews » Receptionist was extremely nice, and an excellent host. He pays attention to the needs of the costumers. Although I had booked a single room, he was kind enough to provide a double room which would get less noise , not looking at the main road. It was very considerate of him. He deserves a 5 star on his hospitality. Thanks so much. Friendly caring staff,and a very good breakfast. Would recommend and stay here again.... Within easy walking distance to tower,central and north piers and shopping center. The Tower Circus is a must see show for all the family. I loved the friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing and they catered for varied tastes etc. The close proximity to the tower is fantastic. A very relaxed homely atmosphere. The owner was very helpful and friendly , comfy clean beds. great location , good food what more could you ask for ,will be returning. Hotel owner was very friendly & helpful & for my fact finding visit he gave me lots of information & advise. The beds were very comfortable,The staff were very fffriendly and helpful. Easy access to pubs, clubs and shops. the hotelier nick was a gentleman,very approachable,and helpful,pleasant.polite and welcoming,a top gent. The fact that the hotel was only minutes away from the seafront & the shops. The staff were lovely very friendly, rooms were nice and beds were comfy. Central location. Affordable price. Friendly staff. It was ideally situated for exploring the sites of Blackpool. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome. Cheap, good for young people going clubbing. Just a bed for the night which is what we wanted. Friendly staff. Very welcoming we were on a family weekend trip and it was a nice stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful, great location. Nothing really. Although it says there is a wi-fi on letsbookhotel.com for this hotel, I am afraid there is not. But probably better , since it let me have a full break without work. The admission into the Tower Aquarium. Having to leave !!!. Parking was difficult. I dont think there was anything I didnt like. TV didn't work. Noisy guests. No hot water. Rooms wernt very clean. We were moved to a sister b&b and the room was very small, dirty and the bar prices were made up by the staff (who advised us of this), there was very little stock behind the bar. Unfortunately we would not stay here again. The steep stairs up to our rooms as me and my sister are both poorly sighted and use canes. We did ask to be put on the ground floor. The breakfast was not edible. The beds were lumpy. So all in all we did not enjoy our stay at the Farnborough. Everything. was not told time of breakfast went downstairs 8:30 am note on door with mobile number.
