all reviews » The rooms were of a great size and the kids section of the room with their own tv's and dvd though the main tv was great.The big bed was lovely and comfortable and my son was a bit dissapointed when i told him he wasnt going to be sharing it!The bathroom was really smart and the power shower was great too !The rooms were really clean and of good quality,The breakfast was to die for !!. The rooms were very clean. The staff were also very polite and informative. We took our playstation with us for my son and we didnt have any problems setting it up everything was straight forward and easy to use. The rooms were cleaned daily. We are planning to visit Blackpool for a week and will definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff were friendly and approachable. The room was smashing, the children especially loved the 'roller coaster' game on the wall in their bedroom.We had room service which was excellent and fairly priced and breakfast was second to none - we'll definently be coming back!. Blackpool was great,the kids loved it but I have to say from the other hotels we saw we were staying in by far the best hotel... Rooms were cleaned daily staff very helpful when I go to Blackpool again I wouldn't stay anywhere else.......................... On arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Busy at 9am for breakfast but staff had warned us previously.Pleasantly surprised how well and efficiently we were dealt with and only waited 10 minutes in the end.Breakfast was well worth the wait. The room was first class, particuarly liked individual TV for the childrens bunk-beds. The breakfast lay out was one of the best we have seen. Noise travelled from room/floor above us but think this was more to do with lack of parental supervision than the hotel soundproofing.No. Its the first time we have been comfortable staying in Blackpool and we stay, for an event, each year!. to much stuff laid out on the desk in the room maybe this could be put on the bed side tables. next door they make too much noise just like all hotels lucky i had eatplugs. It would have been good tohave had a pianist or something like in thebar on an evening, also to have information of shows in blackpool otherthan those at the pleasure beach.The noise from the room above, maybe young children running round. Buffet breakfast not on as not many guests in hotel, but still got full english.i had few annoying calls from someone ( another room) in the hotel, i informed the reception but they have no system in place to recognise the caller from one room to another. my room had a water tank above it and was noisy at night. comming home.
