We loved the friendly staff who could not do enough for us..my wife is disabled and the staff helped when we needed it..the cleaners were friendly and always said good morning we are friendly people anyway but it was very nice..it was cold and windy outside so the warmth was lovely..breakfast was excellent and the staff helpfull. Position great, staff and room brilliant we have stayed there previously and never had a bad experience. We had a family room this time room 71 which was larger than normal and quite a way from main reception so very quiet. Breakfast at the beefeater next door superb will be booking again in the future.
all reviews » The receptionist who welcomed us was excellent. I wish I could remember her name! (Stayed 2 nights from 17th Aug arrived approx 7pm). She helped me book tickets for events in Blackpool, gave us directions, and gave me all the info I needed to know. Brilliant!. We stayed after my husband was discharged from Blackpool hospital after having had a heart procedure and the staff were really considerate and helpful.They offered us a late checkout and gave us a quiet room. We couldn't be more pleased. Thankyou!. The room and location was fine but I have sent you an e-mail about my complaints but still no reply.Most of the staff at PI were lovely and the staff next door at the restaurant were excellent. lovely room and value for money so glad i chose premier inn have stayed in some dreadful place's in blackpool and as a result ruined are stay,will definately be booking for next year. Clean, comfortable, tidy and friendly. Great self serve breakfast at the Brewer's Fayre attached to the hotel, even for my dairy intolerant grandson!! Excellent :-). liked location as only ten minute walk to front near pleasure beach so not too far frim attractions and breakfast was lovely too rooms clean n comfy. Angela and Jay on reception were amazing. They went the extra mile for my wife and I to make our tenth anniversary really special and memorable. we where near to the fair . the pub had a play area for the kids which kept them busy while we relaxed. friendly staff and room was very clean. the place was very quiet despite being very busy. the staff were very friendly and helpfull. If I had to be picky just 2 tea bags left for us and 2 milk for the day and as weather not good we did come back early evening so ran out of hot drinks. Did go to reception and lady did give me extra tea and milk but think 4 tea bags would have been acceptable as need 2 for evening and 2 for breafast. Just a shame in the brewers fayre that there wasn't doors on the entrance to the kids play area room that could be shut when it was closed. Only a chair could be put across the entrance which kids could easily bypass. It was difficult to explain this to my daughter that it was closed during breakfast and to get her to concentrate on her breakfast to eat. The female receptionist on arrival was very rude and unfriendly,there was no lift ,there was alot of noise outside our room both nights and no member of staff stopped it.We all had to be up early as my daughter was in the World Dance Championships and needed your promise of a good night's sleep which we did not get!There was little choice for fish eaters next door. location. we were put in room next to reception door we had group young scottish lads come in at 4am and wake our son up being too loud so request a quiet room out of way. The only thing when we first booked in at reception I asked if we needed to book a table for the restraurant and was told that you didnt need to, but on arriving at the restraurant was told that there was a hour wait. We went somewhere else due to the kids not wanting to wait. nothing. Beds not comfortable. nothing. Low bed, however when making this observation to reception staff was informed that they have equipment to raise the bed height. It may be useful to have this facility made obvious in the disabled rooms for the benefit of persons unable to get up from such a low bed. A little bit out of the way from the main promenade. About a ten min walk (approx) which is fine if you have a four year old that likes to walk but ours didn't. The bed was a little hard for my wife, i was fine but she is not in the best of health and the hard mattress made her stay uncomfortable. Noisy at night Heating got stuck at 25 degrees! Pub was too busy- weren't able to get a reservation for an evening meal. A bit expensive for what it was. quality of food in adjacent Brewers Fayre. The pub/restaurant you have use is quite expensive with not a great choice of food or quality of food. Car park alittle tight if u have a saloon or bigger car. More exit doors of hotel as we had to walk through corriders of others maybe trying to sleep and same with others walking past ours talking and that. n/a. Found it a bit hard to control heating but wasn't major problem. No cot in the room as requested. Hear doors slamming at night. Wheelchair ramp is too narrow, Bed in disabled room was far to low it needs to be higher for ease of getting on and of the bed. No area to relax in comfortable seats Main bed and extra bed were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The staff working when we went to check in at night was very abrupt and rude. Size of family room too small - draughts from window.
