The bed was'nt very comfortable and the only mirror in the room was in the en-suite. The tv in the room did'nt have a good reception.Most of the staff where nice but one in particular was quite rude. The bed was not the most comfortable.not so much didnt like but... it could do with a lick of paint. there was sick in the downstairs toilet sink at breakfast time and the waiters were not very good.evening entertainment was held up while we waited for smokers to go and have a fag outside.did not like having to push my way through the smokers in the doorway to get my daughter inside. The rooms were extremely small and claustrophobic.We found it extremelydifficult to move around without tripping over one another.And the noisefrom the building of the new Debenhams outside was constant throughoutthe day,not to mention the noise from revellers outside the whole of thenight right up until seven o clock the next day.We felt we should havebeen told about this before we booked.bathroom stunk of drains toilet to close to shower which was crap. Room was manky bed creeked.no where to sit in your room no hot water.
