The staff was lovely with us made us feel very comfortable and at home. Loved the fact its a 5 minute walk to the front and close to the coaches very good location. And also they offered to look after are luggage when we left at 10 so we didn't have to carry it all around on the last day. Loved are stay. Jenny and Iain are lovely and welcoming hosts to their b&b. Rooms are clean and tidy. The English breakfast is spot on. Highly recommend this b&b espically for the above and the fact its one of the cheapest b & bs in the area. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Blackpool.

For the money the value is absolutely awesome. If we go next year again we will definetly go to the Appleton Lodge. The people who owned it were really nice and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and includes in price. It's a fantastic location walk to the front in 5mins and it's in between north and south pier! Will be staying again. Jenny and iain were very friendly and welcoming it was really like home from home. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was spot on. Would definitely stay again no hesitation. No car park but one right behind the B&B and not too expensive. Nothing. cover duvet and pilows looks like used, but the rest everything perfect. Nothing it was the nicest place I have stayed in Blackpool. nothing. Light coming into the room at night as was difficult to sleep but can easily be solved with blinds. Nothing . no complaints. if you are looking for 5* then don't book a budget room - no complaints got what we paid for. needs a bit of updating. no en suite. No tv , beds , smell , noise ,.
