Great little hotel - funky, clean, great innovation, comfortable - just what a busy business traveller wants. Well done on a great new concept and hotel,. Thankyou. Although very small the room was fully equiped with everything needed for a one or two night stay, the bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.I liked the hotel very much. The personnel was kind, and the location was so close to both the city center and the canal side. Perfect!. Proximity to New Street Station. Courtesy of staff at Front Desk and throughout the Hotel. The location to the Birmingham Half marathon finish line, and the style of the hotel. that is was clean and well looked after, close to the NIA and the canal. The room was different but really nice. Cosy room, very clean, unique room. Beds very comfortable. the room. The room was really compact, just what you need when you're stoppingover for the night. The room was clean, the bed was amazinglycomfortable and the small size of the room increased the feeling of asafe environment - as I was staying on my own. It was cheap and for a one night stay over all you need, shower wet room good...Yes it' small you can sit on loo with one foot on the bed....but we had a laugh..Harry Potters cupboard may of been bigger. There was no hassle, and as we went out for the eveing it wasn't a long walk back from the city centre. It was a quirky hotel with good service and comfortable rooms. Thank you!. modern and very clean - reception staff very helpful. cleanliness. friendly and helpful staff. location,. The shower was gorgeous!!. The room was fantastic. location of the hotel. Location. Convienent location, although the rooms small it had everything that i needed. When I requested to move from the room beside the drinks machine, staff very courtous and accomodated me my request. Cleanliness, the shower room, the ease of using the lights and air conditioning panel, the flat screen TV.Excellent value for money for business travellers. Great location. Everything was spotless and the decor very cool and up to date. The helpfulness of the staff and the facilities in the room. ease of check in good location comfortable bed. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. The price, locality and the ambience.city centre location, large modern tv. The location and convenience was what attracted ua to his hotel and it didnt disappoint - all of a ten minute walk from New Strret Station and then a further ten onto the NIA. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, large flat screen tv which was nice. Hotel Staff were friendly and hotel and rooms were lovely. Location of hotel excellent. convienient for night life as very short walk from Broad Street. Convenient location, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Central location, helpful staff and actually the large TV!. Friendly helpful staff and a great central location. Room small but perfectly adequate.Very convenient and well located. I like the room modern design.situation of hotel. I liked the whole trendy and unique atmosphere of the place. Very impressed with the wide screen, the instructions of using the various gadgets and the ceanliness of the hotel. One disappointing feature with the movies though given the fact that they were marketed as being free (very good) everytime a movie was chosen it last for a minute and then cut off.The decor was very modern and clean. The location was great for visiting the Mail Box. Good facilities in room such as shower which was of very good quality. Friendly staff, big tv screen, clean and modern facilities. Loved the decor and the location. Bed was comfortable. excellent room. Its only fair to mention that the rooms are on the small side but I wasexpecting this, so it wasn't a huge shock. It didn't bother me, myhusband or our friends but it's probably not everyone's cup of tea. Thehotels good points made up for the room size!. When walking into the room my husband initially panicked as there was no window and he is slightly claustaphobic, once he got used to it however he was okay because he could see and focus on the control panel in the dark, I would say that if however if someone suffered in a greater way this could be a problem. Room very tight but then again this is reflected in value for money. No window. Trying to find it. The breakfast - there wasn't a large selection of what to eat. I didn'tfind it was worth the £6.50 I paid for it.For the price it could not be faulted. i was shocked at size of the room. but i would def come back. the staff and cleanliness of the hotel made up for my disappointment in the room.A proper map sent to me before arriving, would have been nice. the room was too hot. Rooms were small but I knew that before I booked. No windows in the hotel rooms but I did like the way you compensated in with images on tv from a view of outside! In addition because the pilllows of the bed were on the wall nearest to the corrider it was quite nice noisy as you could hear footsteps up and down the corrider - it would have been better if the tv was on this wall and pillows on the other side. The breakfast was not the best I've ever had. Eggs or Beans would have made the cooked breakfast much better!. Would have been helpful to have a clock and the picture on the plasma screen was not of a very good quality. Breafast not included. The rooms take compact to new levels!. It was fine for one night but after that you would start to get "cabin fever" due to the small size of the rooms. I would recommend for one night stays but not longer on that basis. Rooms were a tad small, for a 6 foot 2 lad the tucked in bed would not five the best night sleep but as we were only there for one night it was enough. The vending machines did'nt work. none. We could have done with an extra pillow - the pillows provided were a bit flat for out preference - however no fault of the staff as we didn't ask for an extra one. I usually prefer to have a window!. Very convenient for icc, but situated on a quiet back-street so didn'tfeel safe walking back at 2am. a little more storage space would be good. There should be a curtain for the shower. Of course I realise Saturday nights may not be the best night to get a decent sleep in any hotel, we did however ask for a quiet non-smoking room. The room was as requested probably the furthest most point from reception where I would agree was likely to cause least noise. We returned after dinner at aprox 1 a.m. and asked for our keycard which we provided to the security guard. Not really suitable for more than one night given style of room. Rooms are very (I mean very) small, but I knew this from previousguests reviews. It is ideal if your carry little luggage and go thereonly to sleep. There were no windows or natural light. We found that difficult to deal with in the morning. The walls were so thin that we thought that housekeeping was coming into our room, not the room next door. It wasnt just a little noisy - it was very very noisy. I am happy to have some hotel noise, but this was too much. The room was a bit cramped. noise at night but nothing really to do with the hotel.
