Tthe signage to the Titanic Quarter was excellent.The carpark arrangements were perfect.We had a double room and a family room,both spacious and comfortable.We visited the Titanic and did a city tour the first day, paid for tour thro' the hotel and picked up at the hotel.We went to see a film at the Odessey that evening, only a few mins.walk from the hotel.The hotel was an excellent base and the staff werre so heplful.On the second day we visited Carrick- a- Reede Rope Bridge ,Giants Causeway .
all reviews » The location to the Odssey Arena is excellent. It is quite reasonable to get a taxi from the Europa Bus station to the hotel for £5.00, however there is a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. The bathroom has pump soap dispensers so if you need shower caps etc you might be better taking them with you. The staff made my mother and myself very welcome from the start of our visit. Nothing was to much trouble they were polite and considerate of our needs, very helpful and went the extra mile for our comfort. The staff helped us with our travel and gave us directions and advice little touches that helped us. They made us feel very welcome and we will be coming back to see them again. I would like to say a big thank you to them all. The hotel provided every comfort and clean facility we needed. The staff were helpful and patient and as a person from the south who is unfamiliar with NOI we could not have been made more welcome. Well done it was a pleasure to stay in the Hotel. I have already recommended it to others who are travelling to do the Titanic Experience in the next few months. 1. The location - we went to visit the w5 and the Titanic Experience and it was great not to need the car. 2. The kids menu - great level of choice for them and good value -they loved being able to pick 2 courses. 3. Certain members of staff were very friendly and welcoming. 4. Breakfast was mostly good in terms of choice and quality. Amazing staff at check -in especially Jordan. Mix up occupancy details was soon rectified with no fuss. Manager was very friendly and all staff engaged us even though they were extremely busy. Breakfast amazing and great vfm. First time in this hotel but have recommended it already to friends and work colleagues. The First Class service. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Usual Premier standard- you know what you are getting - a large room, a comfy bed, and a clean working shower- but at Belfast, the staff were extra friendly and helpful, and it was a great location with view across the water. Loved the staff; from check-in through to departure - holding bags for us and holding back on validating our car parking ticket; the warmth of their welcome and essentially everything about them - fantastic. Oh, and the breakfast beat a lot of your more expensive competitors. We had a lovely stay and the staff where so friendly . the girl at bar was so helpful and she bought colouring stuff down for my son to keep him busy wile we enjoyed a drink relaxing in bar after lovely day shopping. we will be back again as we reli enjoyed our stay . Everything in walking distance if you like us went to see the titanic musesm. Really handy for attending a concert at the Odyssey. The family room was a good size for two adults and two teenage children. Very comfortable and clean and a good breakfast in the morning. We will be staying here again for future concerts at the Odyssey. I liked the fact that we were greeted with a smile . it was a very short walk to the odysessy and the hotel had made a deal with the odyessy for overnight parking , so we got the parking for better than half price . Not just one person, but across the board. Thanks for making us so welcome. We went specifically to visit the Titanic Museum and you couldn't get a closer hotel than this. The auto check-in is quick and easy. The room was big and clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom good. Breakfast was excellent in quality. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional! My mum had a slight turn and they could not do enough for us. The food and serve was lovely. Cant find any fault. The Titanic Quarter was clean and easynto get to. The hotel had very good wheelchair access.. The bathroom was perfect. Unforetunely they do have disabled access bedrooms with twin beds but they gave us a room (107) which had one double bed and a day bed which worked well for us. Perfect location for Odyssey Arena right next door. Staff very friendly and room extremely comfortable. City centre only few minutes walk away over bridge or there is a bus outside the hotel brings you straight into city center. This hotel is fantastic for anyone visiting titanic and W5 we just parked our car and were in walking distance of everywhere the staff were very friendly food was brilliant what more could you ask for I would highly recommend. Clean friendly modern comfortable & well situated for our destination - Titianic exhibition. Belfast is a beautiful city rich in history and culture.It was sad to see the peaceline barricade,the numerous carparks where buildings once stood,a derelict but impressive building with the torn ends of curtains being blown in the breeze. The bed is very hard, and was uncomfortable to sleep on. There is no iron in the room, however I seen an iron and ironing board in the hall when one of the other rooms were being cleaned so I expect you can get one if you need it. Nothing. 1. The coffee at breakfast was dire - completely undrinkable. 2. I did not know in advance that parking would be charged for (I had searched for hotels with parking). Also, we were fortunate to get parked adjacent to the hotel in a very small car park. The hotel did have a concession rate agreed with the car park owners. All positives -and it's a long time since I have made that comment!. Que for breakfast on Sunday morning but that was just bad timing nothing to do With the staff or place.. Everything was good. The room smelt of chemicals when we got there and the pipes made some noise. Overall this is a good chain hotel but feels cold and impersonal so next time I would choose an indie B&B. We got to breakfast at 10.15, knowing it ended at 10.30 but the coffee machine had already been turned off and the waitress implied it was a problem we had come because they had already taken away the hot food. When it came it was good but that was the wrong impression to give. No twin bedrooms with disabled access. Restaurant was fully booked - we ate well at next door Odyssey centre but would have been good to have been told we needed to book on arrival. Everything was fne. We we unaware of the discounted car parking until arrival however, the reception staff were very good at ensuring we had parked in the appropriate car park. Nothing. charge at the in house atm machine. Limited and expensive car parking facilities (although the discount negotiated by the hotel helped). Only hotel I have ever stayed in all over the world that didn't have its own guest car park. The cost for the night was at the top end of our budget. Had hoped for a lower price, around £150.00. This was the most expensive night stay for us. Nothing. We liked everything. Just a small thing leaking kettle in room. having to wait an hour on a family room to be ready for us as booking .com made the mistake of booking us in as a single. This is the 1st time we have ate dinner in the restaurant and I must say it would be our last, the food tasted like it was microwaved, very rubbery, staff did not ask during our meal was everything ok, we ended up eating out again later that night. It has actually put my partner off staying in your hotel again as he said next month we will stay in the Hilton!. Nothing - highly recommended. There was no wifi available. I turned the air conditioning off but it suddenly came on again v loud at about 6am and woke me up - also heard other people complaining about the same thing. Strange that the hotel doesn't accept Euros. It's close enough to the Republic of Ireland that it shouldn't be that difficult, even if you have to jack up the exchange rate.
