The staff at the Belfast Hilton were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was amazing to sleep in. I never wanted to get out of it. As people say you get what you pay for and the amount I paid for two nights (which included a fabulous and varied breakfast) was definately value for money. I would most definately recommend this hotel to friends and family.
all reviews » Everything, it was worthy of a 5* - it had an ironing board and iron in the room, wine glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, flatscreen T.V., clothes line in bathroom, ice machine in corridor, dressing gown, sewing kit, mini bar etc. It was fantastic and the bed was huge. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hilton Belfast. The room was spacious and clean and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was both surprised and pleased at the room rate I managed to get and would happily stay there again. It was also incredibly convenient for my place of work for the two days I was there. Our stay at the Hilton Hotel in Belfast was brillant. The location is central the reception staff were very pleasant, Martin the porter was very friendly and helpful. Our room was fabulous on the 7th floor looking over the city. When I go back to Belfast I will diffintely stay at the Hilton I will be recommend it to my friends.Great location! Very helpful staff. Always looking for ways to help. Walking distance to city center. Bus tour picked us up. Hotel can arrange for a driver to show you the Giants Causeway - fabulous! Crown Pub is great to see, but Kellys Pub has local talent perform. Great restaurant next door to Kellys that serves late. I manage a large Customer Services organisation so am always very attuned to teh service I receive. I really though that the staff in Belfast where without exception really professional, approchable and just excellent. Very suprised at the level of service from what I though would be a large impersonal hotel.The Hilton Belfast is gorgeous, clean, and a max of 10mins walk from the city centre. Breakfast in the morning is one of the nicest I have ever had, staff are wonderful, extremely helpful and the rooms are amazing, price is not too bad either. this hotel was in a very good location, 10 mins by taxi from the airport, 5 mins walk to city centre and bars/restaurants and very near to train station. Hotel was very comfortable with everything we needed. excellent breakfast.friendliness of staff which lead to an upgrade and gift of wine and chocs because it was our 46th anniversary. lovely views of river. good location, right on riverside and next to city centre. excellent breakfast. We left it their for the day and walked into town so we paod the same as we would of if we had of drove into the city centre and parked.Car is safe aswel so one less thing to worry about. we had two early morning calls to our room both at 7 am when we hadn't booked any at all. wrong newspapers and no hairdryer in room when we arrived.the cost of parking my car at £14 per night. When the bar closed everyone had to go to the foyer, too cold and impersonal.The car parking is very very expensive. £14.00 parking charges per day. Also when checking out the cost of our stay was more than what we had been quoted from the website. However when we asked reception about it they changed the bill without quibble.Hearing the person in the room next to us snoring. Just the toast thing!. the fact that when we came down for breakfast at 9.55 the staff were already putting food away and we therefore feltrushed and uncomfortable eating breakfast. Actually, there is nothing that I would dislike about this hotel. There were no dressing gown or slippers in the bedroom. Unusual for 4 star hotel. On one occasion I used the stairs instead of the lift, it was like entering a service area, obviously the stairs are not meant to be used by guests except in emergency - a pity.No.
