The facilities and location were great, especially for the price. Even
though we weren't that close to the main attractions, buses were
right out the front door for wherever we wanted to go and the airport
bus was close, as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the
food was great for a very reasonable price. But the best part of the

The staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. David was our first point of contact and Colin (the older one...lol) was fantastic with my grand-daughter. Meals were excellent, there was a wide variety of drinks. The security locks in the corridors made us feel extra safe and the room we were in was very comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Overall I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. Will Definitely be back. Thank you.

We used to own public houses and a small hotel so therefore we have high expectations your hotel met all of our own personal standards. We would certainly stay with you again. The hotel was more like a big happy family home rather than a typical large group . Our compliments to all of you.

Very nicely decorated hotel/friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast room and service.
Bathrooms modern and clean.
If you want to stay out of central downtown, are driving a car and take buses and tours, this works very well. Some signs of wear and tear here and there but it has the character of an older building which was exactly what I was looking for in Scotland. The downstairs sitting room with snacks and bar fridge a nice feature. Business office available.
