  Lovely location with great sea views. Short walk into Southend itself or longer sea front walk to the very pretty Leigh on Sea. Lots of old pubs with great character here and the old famous "cockle sheds" for fresh sea food. Friendly helpful and informative staff. Brilliant buffet breakfast- lots of choice and food good quality and kept piping hot... what people say » . Room lovely, quite elegant and very comfortable. Big ensuite- well equipped and lovely deep bath. - our room was spacious, clean and very comforable and had a wonderful view. the staff were friendly and helpfull and the breakfast was perfect.
