  Excellent decor, very clean and comfortable, very pleasant and helpful staff - the cleaner helped me downstairs with heavy bags. some washing up liquid, teabags and coffee provided - a nice touch. - Everything was perfect!   Location, friendliness and comfort - This is my 1st hotel I can really recommend for everyone-newlyrefurbished, spotless, nice and bright, with excellent staff!!! The SuitI stayed in was V.good - only one thing - located in basement however asfor any family with children - fantastic as with all facilities even toreheat some meals in microwave.
