  Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc. Have to admit that the hotel amenities are not the best but got a very spacious room w... what people say » ith double bed (although I booked a single room), internet was decent (£10 a week), and its within walking distance from the Luton Airport Parkway sta - greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

  It was very close to shopping centre and so convenient especially during the wet weather. It suited me perfectly as I am slightly disabled and unable to walk for long distances. Beautiful decor.   Excellent and friendly staff. Amenities close by. Cheap and excellent WiFi connection. Magic wee kitchen in room. Great shower. Plenty clean and fluffy towels.
