  I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was, especially when the hotel is next to an airport, motorway and railway ! - When we arrive... what people say » d we had got upgraded to a suite which was very tasteful and comfortable. The food the staff in fact everything about the hotel was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

  The staff was nearly perfect and helpful, they solved our problems immediately. Although there were 2 kids beside us i feel myself very safe. It was quiet hotel and confortable. The place was very close to metro station and shop market, so it is east to city tour. We visit some schools there, the people living in thatarea were very helpful We alwa... what people say » ys walk around the hotel, there were many families. I loved hotel garden, otopark and trees. There was cattle in the room that we liked so much and Wi - fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back

  The Reception Staff were extremely efficient, welcoming and helpful. Check in was hassle free - as was check out. We used the Room Service facility - the food that we ordered was extremely good and the service was very fast - we were very surprised at the speed our food arrived. I would most definitely recommend the hotel. All in all - a very enjoy... what people say » able and relaxing stay. - Rooms were spacious, clean and peaceful (airplanes were quite soothing and not too many of them to disturb! - you could almost be on a cruise! Easy for getting to 02 and Roger Waters was fantastic!! The power shower blows you away! Just what you need to wake you on Monday morning! Thanks - enjoyed the Hotel will visit again.

  Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.

  The staff were superb - courteous, helpful and they all seemed to have customer focus as a basic principle. The hotel was clean and value for money.   It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift. He had his coat and bag on, but because it was so busy, he took them off and started to help booking people in. he was so polite and we really appreciated that he was helping out even though he didn't have a duty to do... what people say » so. - i didnt see much cos i didnt get back there til the very early hours and was just glad to get my head down
