I was pleasantly surprised that they had a 24-hour bar, which was a bonus for a late-night drink when we came back. The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm.
The size of the room i booked.
The huge car park meant my car was safe.
The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining).
The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals.
The bed was super comfy.
The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.

I had an excellent stay at Snooze, which is conveniently located close to downtown (about 10 minutes by bus) and to a number of interesting up and coming neighbourhoods with good eating options. There are a number of major bus routes that run along Picton Rd, so it's easy to get around to many places. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you like to exercise, the Liverpool Aquatics Centre is just around the corner and the pool is beautiful.
