We had an overnight stay in order to catch an early morning flight next day, It was convenient to the airport, very clean and comfortable. We did not have much contact with the staff, but when we did, they were helpful and polite.. - What an absolute pleasure. There were no problems whatsoever and the use of the sports facilities were very welcome.

The staff were great, I arrived 10 minutes after making the booking and caught them on the hop but I was able to eat a really pleasant meal whilst they prepped the room.
The room was great and the following morning I enjoyed an excellent breakfast cooked by the owner.

Easy to get to and a short walk from the town centre albeit on a quite busy road (which didn't matter much as the room was soundproof enough and there was no disturbance). I was greeted by 2 lovely friendly receptionists as I arrived 2 hours earlier than my husband. No question was too much trouble to answer, they even helped with our choice of dinner in town. Again, helpful staff at breakfast. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas (nothing tacky, just smart). I would definitely stay there again if in the area.
