Gultekin is a nice little place. The staff are very casual and nice,
though they don't speak English very well, they know enough to be
helpful. The shower was great, nice and hot with tons of water pressure.

staff is super friendly. Since I was arrive in the early morning they offer me the breakfast before even checkin. then offer the room for me to sleep before my room was ready.
They did have barbecue party almost everyday which is amazing and help to get to know people in the same hotel.
Location was great, sit right at the middle of city and almost the highest spot, so you can see 360 agree from the terrace.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to help. The receptionist even gave me her mobile phone to use! The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave.

Rumi Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at! Being tired from all the site seeing, Rumi hotel gave us that rest we needed ( it was very similar to western hotels). We came from the states so customer service was a big deal to us...the staff and specifically Ahmed, was so kind and helpful. And our stay at Maron Stone House was one of the highlights of our Holiday. 4 of us shared a room that was comfortable and spacious. The manager Adam was one of the nicest people we met - he organised our entire trip and even took us shopping to spots and helped us get bargains.
