  Gultekin is a nice little place. The staff are very casual and nice, though they don't speak English very well, they know enough to be helpful. The shower was great, nice and hot with tons of water pressure. Breakfast was really good, a nice and pretty large buffet on the terrace with views over Goreme. If you are up by 8, you can see the hot air ... what people say » balloons floating over the city. The hotel is right in the middle of Goreme, which is convenient to the restaurants and shopping along the main street - staff is super friendly. Since I was arrive in the early morning they offer me the breakfast before even checkin. then offer the room for me to sleep before my room was ready. They did have barbecue party almost everyday which is amazing and help to get to know people in the same hotel. Location was great, sit right at the middle of city and almost the highest spot, so you can see 360 agree from the terrace.
