Owners (father and daughter) are very hospitable, Staff (Serkan, Emrah, Emre, Sukru and others) are unbelievely attentive and make you at home.

Grand Cave Suites was a magnificent place to stay; carved out of part of one of the many Faerie Chimneys there in Goreme, the rooms give you an amazing feeling of wonderment. Ours had two windows that opened to a beautiful view of Goreme and other carved sandstone-like spires. At sunrise, you could see many hot-air balloons ascending in the sky. Fabulous! The staff at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

Wow!!!! Possibly the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was
incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our
lost luggage from Kayseri airport. They booked all the tours for us and
made our trip so effortless. The views from the room were spectacular.
We are the envy of all our friends when we show them the pictures of our
room. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Located near the main area meant that I could safely go out at night as a solo traveller. It is the flatter part of town so you don't walk up hills each time you leave your hotel. The spa was great and the room was spacious. -
