  First when we read these comments we were little afraid how this hotel would be. When we arrived to hotel the girl who gave us keys were little late so we had to wait her for a while since there was no direct reception. Luckily because of excellent location there was nice restaurants near the hotel so waiting was not bad when we got something to e... what people say » at. Neighbourhood was really peaceful and safe, we didnt feel ourselves threatned at any point of our vacation. Doors had unbelievable safe locks sinc - This is my 2nd stay at the apartment and 10 out of 10 highly recommended.The apartment is in the city center which made it convenient to move around.The staff were extremely responsible ,polite,warm and friendly.The most important thing is that cleaning for me I can say that the lady who cleans the apartment was doing her best.Public transports on your door step.Reasonably price .

  Location is just perfect - 5 min walk to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. Nice breakfast at the terrace - though the terrace is in another hotel (5 min walk) which was weird. Rooms are okay - middle level but clean.   Wonderful staff! Very helpful and friendly. It was like staying withfamily. Bıg breakfast selection and dıfferent home made pastry every day.It is easy to skip lunch. Lower price rooms are small but well decoratedand quite clean. More expensive rooms are spacious and airy and have a view ofthe sea.   The hotel was in very close proximity to the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace, the Obelisks and the Grand Bazaar.   It is a very good example of a basic quality. Especially the cleanness of the rooms and hotel facilities impressed me. The location is unbelivable and the view is amazing worth everything. On - The dorm rooms and facilities are amazing with private curtains for the beds as well as some of the nicest bathrooms/showers I have ever seen in a hostel. It is centrally located in Sultanahmet or the old town of Istanbul that was formerly Constantinople. It is within walking distance to many of the historical attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern and Topaki Palace.   We greatly enjoyed our stay at Byzas and wish we had known about it on the two previous occasions when we had stayed in Istanbul. Some of the reasons for our enjoyment are listed below. Staff is very friendly, we stayed at other hotels in Istanbul and this was by far the most friendly we stayed in. Its nothing chic, it's a basic room, but it's very much worth the money. The are is good too.
