all reviews » Very good hotel for relaxation. Hotel is family oriented,many families with small children(very goog facilities for children) and many gests from Germany over 50... Staff on the beach and in the restorans is friendly, well educated ,and very helpfull, but lack of English. Food was good, rooms are clean,annimation team was busy all the time, location is good ,20 min. from the Airport by Taxi. Would recomend this hotel for the families with children and couples. Its a 10 star children friend hotel, I was extremely happy with the smiles on my babies face. The food was excellent, I liked how they care about a very small details which make your stay even better, the tags on the trees was a big plus, I personally enjoyed reading them, they offered me extra bed for my 5 years daughter which made my whole stay :). This is one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Turkey. Staff at the Reception a bit more ambitious when nessesary (looking for the reason to say no to you in the polite form and not really trying to help). Nothing comparing to the good things. Hardly anything, really. Communication in English can sometimes be tricky. We were given a room facing Keravansaray hotel, and had to move the next day to one on the west wing. I asked reception in advance for room facing mountains but they did not provide us with it, even we had long stay and came for birthday. The second - we were asked to pay FULL amount in advance during check-in!! We spent one hour on reception after long way trying to find appropriate solution. Be careful, if you book via letsbookhotel.com they will ask you to pay whole stay in advance!. nothing. 1- Internet was provided on registration, which is OK, but the username and password were numeric and auto generated and hard to memorize. 2- Some staff were not as professional as needed; they were very few. the rooms were a bit old. but very clean. The hotel is not suitable for muslim families as the alcohol is everywhere. Nothing interesting around the hotel. its for elderly. The reception staf. Nothing. Booked a Deluxe room, reception said I booked a standard room, they gave me a supposed upgrade to a family residence which was more 3 star with hardly any Internet connection, it worked in the front part of the apartment which consisted of a bathroom and hallway section. When I complained was told it only works in those locations. The so called family residence was a long walk away from the main hotel through a shabby walkway that needs to be cleaned and painted. Old building and the room service was bad and poor activities and I asked to late check out just for half hour they refused ,no body smile in hotel staff. lack of Hygiene, no luxury, very basic place to stay, bad value for money, this isn't a spa resort, more of a train station... rooms are very basic.. for the same money you would get a fabulous hotel in Dubai.. I am totally disappointed by this hotel. Staff dont speak English.
