Superb rooms n cleanliness. The resort is very comfy n provides a lot of on-site entertainment facilities. Buffet restaurant had a varied n enjoyable menu at all times. The staff were fluent in english too n were friendly. They also allowed my wife to take food to our room for our 1year old son. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay on the ramada resort hotel. the room were new and neat and the room service were up to standard with a high hiegyn and cleanleness.. the staff were friendly... the food was the best from quantity and quality.. and the entertainments were successful.
all reviews » I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel, the food is great and variated, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but most of all very hardworking. The place is beautiful, the pivate beach also, I would go back anytime. Kids entertainment, Very good kids swimming pool, my small kids enjoyed it. Daily shows, Excellent food, Drinks and staff Food is available all the time. Spacious rooms. I liked everything about the hotel, friendly staff, lovely food, clean comfortable rooms, good facilities, very good entertainment. I liked the mini fridge in the room was free and restocked daily. To be honest there's is nothing i didn't like about this hotel. Very nice facilities. Lots of things to do while we stayed, the kids enjoyed themselves. Good variety of food. Nice beach as well. Price comparing with quality perfect , clean , good wifi , food ok , second line but have nice private beach with bar. Staff were friendly n very easy to talk to alwsys willin to help.place where kids n family can enjoy. Price, New facilities, food (all inclusive). & food & the price & services. Everything was fantastic. Everything wonderful. The staff. I liked the range of facilities at the hotel, the comfort, and ease of all inclusive. Comfort. The staff werent aware of other places in Antalya we could visit n nor could provide much info about bus routes because of which we had to commute via taxis which was quite costly. Also, the room service never offered any help during late evening/night. The staff are not english speakers; there were difficulty to deal with them as we are Arabic / English speakers .... Little far beach but 5 minutes walk, free shuttle bus to beach not every 15 minutes as management claims. Few staff speaks english. Nothing. Could be more vegetarian food. Housekeeping was always late. Had to constantly call guest relations for housekeeping issues. I think dey can advertise d activies for d day a little better. Location between tall residential buildings. And the design of the place as three hotel buildings with swimming pools in between without any green space, not really what you expect in a resort. dont have toures aragemants for visiting othere places and don't have transportation to the main city. Cleaning of the room was not very good. Other guests. Lack of interest in the local area - outside the hotel there was absolutely nothing to do or see, apart from shops, which is not the hotel's fault - but I could have been anywhere in the world. Food Staff. Cleanliness,staff,food,,all and all not worth the money unless you are a German.
