I was very happy with all the staff at the hotel especially a few that really helped me at my stay due to a few problems I had whilst being in turkey alone. The people that really helped me and showed the high standard of the hotel was the operation manager Ahmet levent and also reception leader Mehmet toksun . Also the entertainment in the hotel was fantastic and also could not be anymore helpful with all the guests . Also the staff in the restaurant was helpful and was always waiting for anyt.

Value for Money ! Enjoyed the property and the various activities. Turkish Bath at the Imperial SPA. A must experience for every guest. Everything about the hotel was perfect had a very pleasant stay. Great decoration, very clean resort, big room and nice beach. Swimming pools. Everything. We had a great stay. The restaurant staff was amazing, especially with our two young kids. Food was great. Even in the winter, the hotel kept one outdoor pool open and heated, which was great. We opted for a Family Room, which was ideal with two kids. They have a relatively early bedtime, so we were able to still enjoy the room after they went to bed. Nice rooms pools general grandeur. SpeciAL place for families with children at the restaurant. Food at the main restaurant. The quality of food can improve. More options for vegetarian. The Imperial SPA was a let down. Incomplete information was provided by the receptionist. Few to be honest. The house cleaning wasn't top notch. My minibar wasn't refilled and the room wasn't cleaned properly. overpriced comparing with the other 5 stars resorts arround. No cash machine, Poor intertwinement. Resturants working hours and the reservations methods. The front desk was a bit of a disaster. Check-in was slow and when we thought a bag had gone missing, the bell hops accused us of missing it. Same for housekeeping. It took us 3 days to get our laundry returned, even when we asked the front desk to have someone pick it up. A la carte restaurants are impossible to book - system doesn't work and they fill up as soon as it opens. We managed one night in the French but actually the food was terrible - the entrecote was boiled, not fried or grilled. Only one tennis court for hundreds of people No bath in the room, only shower Every room seems to have an extra single bed, taking up useful space if you're a couple Too many children, especially running around at night. The choice of food is very poor, I called the reception 6 times before get what I need, the music at the mini disco is too loud for children,.
