My husband and i thought that i was great. The room was stylish and chic. The breakfast was also very nice.   I stayed for a few days and I had a great time. The flat was clean and spacious. It is centrally located and close to restaurants and nightclubs. The neighborhood is safe and I had no problems walking at night. And, the price was right. I would definitely stay here again. We did not need any guide because she gave us a detail tour advise. She was - That is the best place I have lived in Turkey. It was an temporary plan to stay in Izmir, and the owner stayed up late until we arrived at 10 pm. Also she gave us many useful advice on the food, transportation, sites and so on. To make our journey more convenient, we were given some notes written in Turkish, and they helped a lot. Moreover, the rooms are also excellent, clean room with good facilities. This is more like a home for us rather than a hotel. I would like to say thank you very much,

The staff was helpful in calling us a taxi for a dinner out, and providing the early shuttle service to the airport. I was also amazed that the breakfast was put out so early. Our children were able to grab a sandwich before our 5 am departure to the airport.

  We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to the train station, and found that it exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly (even brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon), spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental company as we struggled to get the car turned in on time.   This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. Like all hotels the mini bar and room service was alittle expensive but overall it was a great stay. I would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful and going out of their way to make my stay a very comfor - the location is marbelous! Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

  Amazing staff, they gave us many nice surprises during our stay, delivered more than was needed or expected. Location and the views were great (ocean view), great gym, delicious breakfast, small treats in the executive lounge and in the lobby, efficient bell boys and valet parking. (Executive club) In the 11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room.
