  The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good. In general I would ... what people say » stay here again and the price was as per the value. - I did like the reception team and how they took good care of us during our stay even the manager had a big part . although it wasnt our first stay and definitely not the last we really enjoyed staying in tulip city hotel feeling at home...
