Very good location, a very clean hotel, an excellent view, superb in facilities, the absolutely satisfactory breakfast. If you decide to choose a five star hotel, this is one of the most safe and satisfactory options. The value for money ratio is good.Perfect central situation in Istanbul. Yes, the Hotel cannot be a 5 Starts Hotel, im referring back to the Rooom set up itself, (the carper, the bed, the TV, the size fo teh room, the Bathroom...) all were way below expectation.I was given a terrible room to begin with which had white sheets whichhad turned to grey and room stunk of mildew and the carpet was dirty - Icomplained and was then upgraded to another room. I also had problemswith my booking in terms of the duration. I booked for 2 nights howeverreception insisted it was made for 1 night only. I had to show them theletsbookhotel.com confirmation.
