The hotel is located in Aksaray, near the Istanbul old town. There is parking, if you arrive with (rent a) car, with cheap price. Rooms are clean and with proper comfort. Breakfast is served at 7th floor with see view. Very good value for price. the reception staff were the only friendly people in Istanbul, know proper english and are ready to help. the price was very convenient and the location is good.

The micro location of the hotel is not easy to find (even for Istanbul taxi driver) and the immediate neighborhood is not the best one. nothing. breakfast very monotonic, slightly laud. Spa Center wasn't opened. Time zone's of visitors not taken into consideration. Breakfast was served just up till 10am (8am my Local time) such that while we were still adapting to the Istanbul time, it was late so we missed most of our break-fast; also had to eat dinner too early. N/A. Very very noisy walls are to thin can hear everthing .tv , people talking,. Hotel didnt have iron, breakfast was poor for 4 star hotel. 1) breakfast is awful 2) there in nothing in hotel bar not all staff can talk English 3) I couldn't pay by card for living in hotel in advance (I still do not understand the problem, my bank told me that the problem not with my card- it is technical problem of letsbookhotel.com side or hotel), and finally paid full price without promised discount. Not very well situated, poor breakfast. They refused to provide the Invoice because they said I booked the hotel from letsbookhotel.com rather than book from them directly. I never meet this case in any country before. Too noisy and very limited food for "buffet breakfast". The location was not central--it was hard for tour companies to locate the hotel since it was tucked away in a corner of an unknown area. The breakfast (which was complimentary) was not worth a penny; The view from the hotel room was bad. -Food and spesial breakfast!!! -wifi after 11 is stopp it and i have to Call resepsjons every Nights -dis respectfull hotel Personale!!!!!. It s not 4 star hotel, 2 maximum.
