I really liked the staff. They were very friendly and responsive. I especially appreciated Bulent's and Serdar's service from administration. They would help with any single request even not connected with the residence itself. The apartment contained all the necessary things for living, including washing machines, iron, two television sets, dishes, electric tea pot. The things that I liked most in Tan Residence is that it's clean and secure!! It is also worth mentioning that the price accommod.
all reviews » This was my first trip with my children and the apartment was very handy. It was fully equipped, clean and there was plenty of space. We used the washing machine too!Saaduldin, in reception was very helpful. He gave us places to visit and made our stay comfortable. The metro is closeby, although we didnot use it. There is plenty of cafes and restaurant within walking distances. The fish restaurant was the best. I highly recommend this place for people who want to visit Istanbul and have a home-. Short stay but cheerful... The hotel room is clean and you can feel the fresh air. Location is awesome. You can go the heart of shopping/Taksim Square just 1 metro stop. That's why we were moved very easy in Istanbul. You can go everywhere from here easly. I guess i'm gonne go back there again. I'm sad 'cause my reservation was one day. Next time i will stay more longer than... Rooms are very luxury and comfortable. Thanks to personal and houskeeping stuff. The staff is always ready to help, friendly and welcoming, they speak good English. The location is just few meters from Osmanbey metro station, so it's really convenient if you plan to spend most of your time at Taksim, Nisantisi or Sisli. The rooms are spacious, it can be a good choice for several people or families with kids. And I guess, this is one of the best offers in Istanbul in terms of value for money. Everything was perfect! Good location, very kind and helpful staff, all of them, good wifi. The apartment was equiped with all necessary thing. New and modern furniture. The staff are more than wonderfull they are friendly, helpfull and very kind especially Saad al deen and Tafuur. If I come again to Turkey I will direct without thinking make a reservation in Tan. The flat has all necessary equipment, very near to Osmanby Metro station, Just 15 min. walking to Cevahir Shopping Mall. staff are very friendly and specially Mr. Murat I will book my next visit to Istanbul in this Hotel. Everything at tan residence is so good ,the location is so near to congress center and also near to taksim square and osmanbey ,staff specially Mr saadeldin &Tayfor are great,the equipments,. My family enjoyed the facilities and the staff was good. The location is more suitable for young couple. Great location and Friendly people. The only thing I really didnot like was that taxi-drivers tend to get lost. We rectified this by calling the hotel (they gave us an emergency mobile number which we used wisely) as soon as we took a taxi and they give the directions to the driver. After that we had no problem reaching. They've just started operating as a hotel, so don't expect to find a standard reception and usual hotel services. The room was not cleaned after previous guests (a shampoo left in the shower cabin, condoms in the bedroom etc). No breakfast. In some of the areas it's looking tired and dated, even in need of repair. The immediate neighborhood is questionable and might be difficult to find with a taxi. Can't really think of anything. Nothing..... No thing. The only thing is the absence of microwave which is really essential for the stay. Nothing in particular. Floor was not washed properly. Boy was running in apartment without shoos and feet was dirty. Managed to make room service to wash the floor only with two complaints and 15 TL tip. After midnight all the streets surround the hotel transforming to "Red Light District" If you are single you gone like it but if you are not then be at hotel before the midnight :). Not really the best neighborhood. Sometimes a bit noisy from the street. noise street. and we didn't have microwave. N/A. no breakfast. Standed for 5 minutes, knocking the door of the hotel... Nothing. I do not like the first room it was in the first floor and it was too much insect. The A.c was not working, cleanliness was not good and to be asked many times. The sofa/bed didn't work. The view was poor. Remembers me of my student time and Wifi was off when visited.
