Before I start I just want to say that the staff in this residence is beyond helpful. They are polite, always smiling and they speak good English. A special shout out to the morning receptionist Mr. Fadi, as he was very helpful and provided transportation tips that saved me some money. + As I mentioned the STAFF are amazing. + The rooms are very clean. + the location is great. 5 minutes walk to the metro. + Very good price for the rooms.

The road is uphill and very narrow,it is one way traffic-- so the car always in high speed to overcome the upslope. And also half of the road were used for hotel parking. Must be extra vigilant when walking out of the hotel. No ironing or washing facilities. No view of the room. The location, a bit far from Taksim square. No views of any sort. The price. Accessibility due constructions on the street. WiFi sometimes slower than should be. One thing was a bit disappointing - this time we had 2 separate beds instead of 1 that we asked during booking. After we asked staff to change beds to one wide, but no result. The next building is under construction/repairs, pretty noisy in the morning. There was a sound coming from the air condition in the bathroom. There was the smell of cooking coming up to the rooms but not annoying. Parking was a little bit difficult since the parking place is small but this is not that important when you think about the location of the hotel and service. I ordered a large bed and it was actually two twin beds with a space in between the mattresses. This is my only issue with an otherwise wonderful stay!. There was a construction site just beside the hotel, too much noise during the day. The fittings in the bathroom too old!. Bad smell in the room kitchen. The View is not so beautifull. Breakfast. nothing all ok. surrounding area currently under reconstruction. Slightly dirty sink. Location and room service. nothing. TV wasn't working at all. I don't like to hear any sound from other rooms !. The entrance of the Residence located in narrow street. The absence of a table and chairs in the terrasse. It's a little far from Taxim (15 min) and the curtains didn't block the sun.Only desk staff could speak in English. The fixturs in th bathroom were not installed in proper way. Also the interior of the so called suite was organised in disturbing order The fascade of the building looked very old and very cheap. hotels entrance can be upgraded a bid.
