Excellent hotel, excellent location on a quiet, beautiful side street literally next to Taksim square. Unusually friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us with everything and who were immensely helpful in arranging trips and generally getting around and finding the right kinds of places. You'd be surprised how much of a difference this can make in your experience -- it is one thing when the staff is willing to help, and it is something else when the people are genuinely friendly and.
all reviews » Everything was perfect. Amazing hospitality was extended by all staff I.E. Shaban, Evren, Adam, Nazile, Hatice, Sorguul. They were tremendous. Hotel was clean, spotless, quiet surrounding (needed after a long day of excursion) and safe. Penthouse was spacious with a nice terrace. 3-5 mins walk from hotel to taksim square, istiklal st for shopping, Havatas - airport bus station, metro, tram, hop on hop off, restaurants,pharmacy. Grocery was under same block of hotel. Our stay was worth the price. Very near to Taksim square and yet a very quiet and friendly hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with every day complimentary bottles of mineral water, coffee and tea. Staff was very helpful and polite. A real value for money Hotel. Everything was good, helpful staff, big room, breakfast is from 7 to 11. It's close to Taksim square and Istiklal. You don't need to go down or go up till this hotel. By the way from Taksim (near to Divan hotel) to Ataturk airport you can get on bus for 10 TL. I didn't learn if staff speaks in Russian or not. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. Location is bad not so close to taskim square, the price is really high if you look to the ind of hotel. Far from Taksim about 8 min walk Breakfast just simple they charge my credit card before I arrive at the Hotel, with a differeant merchant name, I taught it's a fraud, it coast me 30 Euros plus the roaming call to my Bank 10 min, ending with no credit card for the rest of my holiday. - Size of TV - Breakfast - Staff - Price. - Location - Facilities.
