All staff is very friendly and willing to help,Room is clean and big enough,bed is comfortable. You really feel at home. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever fortunate enough to return in Istanbul. Simply perfect hotel location really close to the major Istanbul attractions. Very nice and frank helpful personel. Hotel still smells of new. Wide variation of breakfast menu including locasl specialities.

The location is convenient and the hotel is elegant and lovely. This hotel has recently been reconstructed from the bottom up and it really is lovely. It is situated in the best possible place in Istanbul, near the Blue Mosque, Ayasofia and the Grand Bazar.the rooms were very clean and nice decorated, the hotel was situated in a very nice area. staff, mobile internet, breakfast. Hotel staffs are very friendly, we had welcome drinks of Turkish tea, fruit basket and two glasses of wine. The room is small but very clean(it is newly renovated). The bathroom is small, but very well arranged and efficient. Hotel location is very good for short trip and sight seeing, 5mins walk to St. Sophia, Palace and Blue Mosque. our room on 5th floor are fairly quiet at night too. The hotel is very well located for the main tourist sites (Topkapi, Agia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc.) and close to a station on the tram line that passes the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market (Egyptian Bazaar).Proximity to Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Cistern and Spice Market. Walking distance to the restaurants overlooking the Bosporus/Sea of Mamara. It was very clean, very cosy, and the personel was very polite.The guy on reception was fabulous when we arrived. excellent position. Whenever we called the front desk for something, often times it took them a while, and a reminder in order to respond to our needs. The staff was very, very nice and friendly in person.Very noisy from outside, situated on loud streets. we asked for a twin bedroom when we made the booking but only at the last minute we were told that there wasn't one available. So we were given an extra bed which was very uncomfortable and made the room even smaller.Breakfast was not good. Standard range of selections(Turkish), yet quality of the food wasn't great, cheap sausages, cheap jam, limited bread choices, cereals were kind of old and seemed only have boiled eggs. Coffee is Ok, fruits are good. Same choices everyday. Would prefer if they had less choices but better quality of food and vary a little everyday. The airconditioner could be easier to operate so it maintains the selected temperature. The breakfast buffet was not very appealing with a poor selection. Thein-room tv has only news channels in English. room too small. Small rooms. The beds were very, very hard, which is not comfortable for us. Therestaurant selection is limited (but there are lots of places within ablock radius). TV did not function at first two days then we were offered to change room. Unfortunately the water from the shower in the new room was leaking in to the bath room, but it could not be fixed so easily as we stayed weekend. Staff tried to help. Mosquitos in the rooms. The room was extremely small - only room to walk around the bed, no roomto put our bags. The tv was not working, which was painful on a day thatwe were rained in. Room was not cleaned when we came back one afternoonand we had to wait 1/2 hour in the lobby till someone started cleaningit. Staff were not great with recommending experiences or providinginformation about the city.
