Very pleasing apartments. People, location and interior. A safe, quiet and noiseless place, outskirts of the old part of Isrtanbul, close to sea embankment and fish market (2-3 minutes), next to Armenian church and patriarchate (the view from the window is just like here in booking, ask for N9), 10-15 min walk to Small Hagia Sophia (Kucuk Ayasofya Camii) and Sokollu Camii - both worth visiting, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!). Very well for family tourism. The staffs are collaborators and kind. The safety in the building and area around is really good, cameras are everywhere. The location near tram and bus stop as well as, numbers of shoppers and restaurants are around. Furthermore, it is close to the sea and heritages where you can enjoy your walking around. The best thing was the friendly and helpfull people. Location is also good as that is surrounded by local market that offers food for very reasonable prices. And if you walk around you can reach to the many famous places by walk and save money. the room we stayed in was very comfortable and well decorated a really nice place to stay. the suite was very large. the staff helped us when needed and our requests were met . There is nothing I cam mention in this field. ;). we had a lovely stay at the helen suites and there was nothing that we did not like. no havent). Would be good if the apartment was cleaned daily, at least garbage removal/freshening of bathroom. During all the stay the lady that takes care of the cleaning didn't change the bathing towels and the bed sheets in spite of being said she was going to do it every 2 or 3 days. I talked with the manager and he finds no reason for it and was going to evaluate why, so I think it was a one time situation. No AC at bedroom No hair dry tool Dirty space Poor facilities. The noises during sleeping hours ... with dogs barking in the middle of the night ... too close to car parkings. I can literally touch the car parked next to my apartment on the ground floor. the apartment is based in the worst place of istanbul which I strongly not suggest it to family travelers to go there.the apartment is very dirty,Internet speed and coverage is awful and you won't be able to sleep because of the noises.also considering the area the price is too high.
