This was my 5th trip to Istanbul, a place I consider home. I am glad I finally found a hostel that is not only in a perfect location (Taksim is by far my favourite area in Istanbul), but was exceptionally clean, looked after and of the best quality, almost comparative to a hotel. The reception area has charm and a very chic vibe, and is totally welcoming. The traditional Turkish breakfast is perfect, especially as it is included in the price. The staff were great, and the facilities and extras .

Service is thought out into bits, from delicious breakfast to Istanbul maps and hostel summary booklet provided when checking- in. Rooms are clean and have low noise from outside when door closed. Location is perfect to access neighboring Istiklal avenue and other destinations are at walkable distance. There is also proximity of public transport, such as metro and busses. I wish there were #bunk hostels in other Europ. I liked the location. Just a lil bit difficult to find, but once you found... Everything is nice. Staff is great and very helpful. Property is very very clean as well as a bedsheets... Thumbs up !! ... and what I liked here too was that double beds that they have, each bed provides plugs and lights... So u can easily charge your mobile phones while u r sleeping or reeda book by not disturbing others. Istanbul rocks !!. I stayed in 4 different places in Istanbul (from hostel to 5 stars hotel) and by far, this is the best place I've slept in. Very nice and friendly staff. Very efficient. The location of the hotel is great. Wifi worked well. I took a room in a 4 beds dormitory and by chance, guests were young and nice people. Discreet at the same time. The hotel is very clean and well furnished. Beds are super comfortable. I really loved the location of the hostel, it's very convenient. The staff is pretty friendly, I loved those guys, especially Mila, she's very nice and helpful. It has a lovely balcony on the 4th floor where you can chill out with a couple of beers. Highly recommended to stay because of the exceptionally friendly atmosphere. A great atmosphere of hotel, i think the hotel attracts such great travellers as it supposed to be :). I loved relaxed and cosy atmosphere, stuff is always helpfull 24 hours. The staff really helpful and room is amazing. The toilet is clean and the location is near to Balik Pazari (fresh fish and fruits) and Istiklal Street (shopping). I really loved how staff put effort to help me finding tickets, tours and directions. More than money they concern about the comfort of their guests. The staff was really helpful and freindly. Nice Location, beautiful building, and friendly helpful staff... location price. The rooms are quite small, once u find urself w 3 others. No need enough space for bags or so. But otherwise its ok. Rooms are a bit small. The place is really noisy for almost 24 hours a day because of the fish market and huge amount of restaurants nearby. Also there is a construction site next to the hostel (info from november 2013). The decision is to close windows and turn on the air conditioner but there is always a risk to catch some flu. Parts of the neighborhood were a bit dodgy however it was close to Istikal ave. It said it didn't taken Amex yet it said it did. Shower and toilet is only one per floor. our room wasn't ready at 18:00. It is way overpriced for what you get, much cheaper options with your own bathroom in Istanbul. The pick up from the airport was VERY expensive 120 Turkish lira one way! Do not get it if that offer. There was a massive stain on my sheets. just the sound of the street may distribute you :-(. Difficult to find. mold on the bathroom ceiling no elevator. The double room we booked was very expensive for what it was, the dorm rooms may be better value. Our room wasnt particularly clean and had hair in the shower and on the floor from the last occupants. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. 1 bad fellow traveller, very inconsiderate... small rooms only one shower and one WC for many guests. no facilities to make your own food is very small not much space for guests.
