The staff is incredibly polite, they answer all your demands. Metro station to the airport is across the street. The hotel is clean, wifi works well. You have free coffee, tea, bottled water and juice at the hotel, you can have it any time. 1. Kind service. (kind support by clerk with smile.) 2. Good access with tram & metro. (Very closed with the metro, and about 400m distance with the tram station) 3. Clean equipment. (Acceptable toilet and bed condition.).
