It's was very nice. I've been with my parents. We had nice room, with 2 beds, kitchen and bad room, plus sofa and balcony with the view on street and church. It's was clean, and good. Super nice location in old city, everything nearby. You can easily walk. To get to Hal Sofia and Blue mosque or Topcapi Palace will take maximum 30 min, but its very enjoyable walk - because we always take pictures and watching area. The street, where its located narrow and very stambulish. We didn't spend any pe.
all reviews » The owner was really good. He provided us with a lot of information and gave us discount at his restaurant, close to the house. He even invite us to took a breakfast at his other hotel for free! We're so lucky, we didn't expect much when we we're arrived at the hotel that we would got everything for free. One of my friend stayed for another day and we booked the economic single room before, but he asked her just to stay in our room, so she didn't need to move. Great value for the money and also. The owner of the hotel is really nice. He wanted to change the room for us because the one we lived was with an unlocked balcony door. But it didn't matter. The area is quite safe. The staff will clean the room every day. The location is near Bayezit station, you can easily get on the tram to go everywhere. Near the hotel there are lots of restaurants, you can choose whatever you want. I stayed ın thıs hotel wıth my 2 sısters and the owners gave us a wonderful small apartment because we asked them to have the possibility to cook some turkish food... It was amazing, all the staff was very helpfull and the flat was clean and comfortable, just few steps from the fish bazar and all the delicious restaurants... thanks a lot!!. The location is great, there is a Kunkapi area nearby, where one can ear fresh fish, a sea zone, fish market. 10min to the Grand Bazar and the tram station.The statt is always ready to help. Staff very Helpful. + Room is nice and quite big (even not 35m2 as described) + location. Value for money. The only thing it's praying from mosque , very loud as for me. But I believe it's everywhere there. coz hundreds mosques around, and Muslim city, which is expected. The wifi connection sometimes lost or you need to go outside your room to get connected, then you'll be fine for the rest. But it's not that much matter, in my opinion :)). Maybe the only thing we didn't like is the sewer of the shower goes a little bit slowly. Internet was spotty but the staff helped out There was a leak that made our carpet moldy and wet. The staff was notified but they did nothing. - Reception, there is no reception, it's as advertising agency. - It's a guesthouse, not a Hotel - The shower is in the middle of the bathroom, with no boxing. - The location is not very good. It's close to the Grand Bazaar, but it's a little strange place. A bit small. - No reception, no staff to help you - actually it's not a hotel or even guesthouse, it's more like rented flat - smell. - was not actually a hotel, but room was ok - please check that your key fits to outside door and room door.
