Staff service was amazing. Once we arrived at the hotel, the staff immediately sits you down and helps you go through all questions you have and provides all the information regarding activities/things to do in Cappadocia. Even more, he offered to drive us to the open air museum and other nearby locations. The hotel also recommended a day tour, hot air balloon ride and horse back riding, all of which we enjoyed tremendously. The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, comfortable and classy. A.
all reviews » From the first moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent organisation at the hotel (check-in imediatly, although it was 9,30 in the morning, competent sugestions for the trips we wanted to do and imediat booking). The staff was so friendly and helpful, we had the impression we were visiting friends at their home. The hotel was very special, the local flavour was expertly improved by the details of civilisation (baths with all the facilities, plasma tv in the rooms). The food cooked . Awesome hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and contrary to my perception that rooms in a 'cave hotel' would be small, they were quite spacious. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfy, has wifi and to add up the romance quotient, there is a working fireplace too.. The hotel offers a great view of Goreme village too and the sight of the balloons rising up in the morning is an absolute delight. The food at the restaurant is top notch and has traditional Anatolian fare. The best part is the servi. Everything about my stay there was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, well-designed, well-located, and had a picturesque view. The restaurant downstairs is exquisite, and has a large selection of local dishes and wine. Anyone traveling there and wishing to stay at this hotel, had better keep the following in mind: - You need more than one day - The hotel can arrange pickup from and to the airport - this is much more worth it than public transport. . The staff were super helpful. The owner of the hotel when we asked where we should go for a hike, offered to drive us to a good starting off point where we could walk back to the hotel in a few hours. The rooms were also heated, which was quite nice, as it was cold outside. We also had to get up early to catch a cab to the airport, so the owner had the kitchen open early for us. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast!? It was the best selection I had through my stay in Turkey. Sultan Cave Suites is located at the top of the hill and provides and great view of Goreme. Staff were very friendly and helpful with tour suggestions, hiking, maps, food options etc. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. We did have to change rooms and they were very accommodating. Very relaxing to sit on the terrace to read, enjoy the view and have a drink. Breakfast was first class with plenty of options. Definitely would recommend. Great location and staff. Very helpful in planning and making most of days in cappadocia. Helped in organizing trip to deringkuyu a md hot air balloon ride which is a must. Staff also run free shuttle to trail heads near town for rosé and red valley and open air museum making location great. Also breakfast was fabulous and ensure you eat at onsite restaurant one night. I had a small accident and the owner of the hotel drove me to the hospital, translated, waited for me and then did the same thing the next day. I cannot image such service in many other hotels. High recommend and intend to stay here again. A fabulous hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff were wonderful, our room was perfect - enough space for 2 adults and 1 toddler (we had a 1 bedroom suite), and the location was an easy walking distance to the main part of town. I have to say the room #311 has the best view of in Goreme. The room we stayed in was fabulously spacious and gracefully furnished, so much so that if there wasn't so much to do we could easily have stayed in all day. The balcony offered views of the fabled fairy chimneys. The staff were friendly without being overly familiar. The restaurant served local dishes, well executed and their service was flawless. We stayed 6 nights in Sultan Caves Suites hotel and enjoyed the warm welcome and excellent service level. Our room was nicely decorated, the breakfast was excellent and varied, and we ended our long trekking days in the swimming pool. Transfer from Nevsehir Cappadocia airport with the Shuttlle Bus organized by the Hotel was also perfect. The management staff understands how to treat guests...really as family! Their attentiveness amazed me. The cave-like rooms were clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast served on the terrace energized us for the whole day and dinner at Seten is not to be missed. This is a fabulous hotel in every way. This was the highlight of our Turkey trip, the staff here were fun, friendly and always prepared to go the extra effort to help. The location is perfect next to the center and overlooking the small village of Goreme. we had a junior cave suite which was very well adapted to the surrounding environment. Wifi in my room was quite weak. The rooms were too small for their denomination: we had a junior suite which was rather a modest sized double room. Absolutely nothing. Our room was one of the two actual caves that were built around to make hotel rooms. So it was awkward getting up in the night to use the bathroom. I literally fell out of the cave room (where our bed was located) into the main room built around the cave almost every time, rolling my ankle once. They need a step or something set up to help someone down out of the dave. Only complaint was our room at times had smell coming through bathroom sink which was easily remedied by opening windows. NO complaints. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. There was nothing to dislike!!. One very minor problem, our bathroom was bit small and took some careful manouvering, but was easily forgotten with the quality and value of everything else. What's not to like?. n/a. Nothing. no fridge in the room but not real important. There is nothing I can say. Nothing as it was all good. My most satisfied place. Bed was'nt comfortable. To stiff for me. Not a thing. Nothing. The hotel located up at the Hill and after evening dinner at Goreme you must go Up (about 100-150 meters) . Since the rooms were made to look like a cave they are a little dark. The cats in the breakfast area. The walk back up the hill, but then, where else would a safe place be than above the valley. Nothing. That we didn't stay longer. nothing.
