  The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. - Loved everyt... what people say » hing about the hotel. • The location (right next to the Banyan Tree - so easy for cab drivers to find it). • The decor (modern, sexy, cool and smart) • The dining options (Nahm, Glow, their healthy breakfast and lunch place, Met, their cocktail lounge) were all excellent. • The staff (Polite, friendly, helpful)

  The hotel makes me feel like I am really in Thailand - beautiful silk everywhere and graceful Thai service. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging and the spa is excellent. It is a perfect city hotel in Bangkok. Food is great. - We stayed in one of the deluxe suites, which was just lovely.   Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! I have no complaints about anything at all for the hotel and couldn't recommend i - the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent. the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

  Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money for a family allowed early checkin. Restaurant offers very good food - both buffet breakfast and alacarte with quality Thia and western food. - very helpfull staff, specialy Shanida (front desk) and Ing (guest relation)
